I was tasked with heading up the visual direction for characters and technology for this faction.

Ensuring they had faction identity, creating documentation for visual direction.
Directing, reviewing, managing and giving feedback on all artists work and working with other Art Directors to ensure faction consistency. Ensuring material setup and ID break up would support swatches well. Understanding the technical considerations of our equipment and setting direction.
